Research on Creep Damage ofDP98O Steel at High Temperature

Abstract: [Purpose] To study the creep behavior of DP98O steel at high temperature,providing a basis for the safety evaluation and life prediction of DP98O steel components under high-temperature conditions.[Methods] High-temperature creep tests were conducted under conditions of 823 K and 923 K, and the Sinh damage model and the Norton coupled damage creep model were fited.[Results] The analysis of the material's creep damage behavior and life prediction accuracy shows that the Sinh damage model can fuly describe the evolution of the damage variable from Oto 1.[Conclusions] The creep life prediction error is smaller than that of the Norton coupled damage creep model,making it more suitable for creep damage analysis of DP98O steel.
