Researchon Optimizationand EfficiencyImprovementofStainless Steel Wall Panel Manufacturing Process Based on Robotic Welding

Abstract: [Purposes]To address the problems of poor adaptability,low efciency,and insufficient quality stability in the welding process of stainless steel wallpanels for textile machinery,and to promote the inteligent manufacturing upgrade in the industry.[Methods] A "first-piece debugging—process iteration—full-speed production" technical system was established. Dynamic parameter optimization algorithms were integrated to optimize the real-time matching of welding current/voltage; path planning algorithms were employed to achieve multi-robot collborative operation; and an adaptive wire feeding system was developed to improve deposition efficiency.[Findings] The single-piece welding time was reduced by 68% . These results indicate that robotic welding of stainless steel wall panels offers better performance,more regular appearance,and higher process repeatability compared to manual welding.[Conclusions] The optimization and upgrading of the robotic welding system have been achieved,providing a replicable solution forthe intelligent manufacturing transformation of the textile machinery industry.
