Mechanical System Design of an Agricultural Machine Vehicle

Abstract:[Purposes] Against the backdrop ofcomprehensive rural revitalization and the accelerated advancement of smart agriculture,the demand for mechanized and inteligent equipment in traditional agricultural production isbecoming increasinglyurgent.This study aims to designa mechanical systemforanagricultural machine vehicle applied in agricultural production.[Methods] The mechanical components of the agricultural machine vehicle were designed,calculated,and verified,including the design of thefrontaxle,rear axle,carriage,and frame,material selection,anddrive motor selection.The front axle work involved the design of the transmisson mechanism and the selection of the steering motor; the rear axle work included structural design,drive motor selection,and verification of the matching reducer; the carriage work covered exterior design and material selection; the carriage door work primarily involved determining the door opening/ closing method and designing the mechanical structure;additionally,the selection ofthe robotbatery was included.[Findings] A mechanical system for an agricultural machine vehicle applicable to agricultural production was designed,promoting the further transition of agricultural production from semi-automation to automation.[Conclusions]This designcloselyalignswith the "dual carbon" goalsand the transformationand upgrading of agricultural mechanization, constructing a comprehensive mechanical system solution that includes structural design, power matching,and material selection.
