纬平针织物拉伸力学性能的有限元模拟

AbstractIn order to predict and evaluate the tensile mechanical properties of weft plain knitted fabric,optimize fabric design,and reduce experimental costs,finite element simulation was used to analyze the deformation of weft plain knitted fabric in tensile experiments.Firstly,the size coordinates of the basic unit loop of the fabric were obtained using a microscope. Then, a microscopic three-dimensional loop model was constructed using SolidWorks,and the loop models were connected in series according to the measured dimensions to forma macroscopic weft plain knitted fabric model. In the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,the longitudinal and transverse tensile mechanical properties of single yarn and weft knited fabrics were studied. The accuracy of material properties assigned in ABAQUS was verified through finite element simulation of single yarn stretching. Finally,tensile simulation of the fabric was conducted,the stressstrain distribution and loop deformation process during the tensile process were studied. The results show that the error between the actual tensile data and the finite element simulation data is similar,which proves the accuracy and credibility of the finite element simulation.
