辐照淀粉浆料制备与浆纱工艺

Abstract The chemical preparation of modified starch seriously pollutes to the environment,and the green and environmentally friendly modified starch production technology needs to be developed urgently. In order to improve the brittleness and hardness of starch slurry,improve the thermal stability of starch slurry and broaden its application range,the original starch was denatured to make it better used as textile slurry. In this study, irradiation technology was used to treat starch,and the relationship between viscosity temperature, viscosity concentration, viscosity stability, adhesion and compatibility of irradiated slurry was systematically investigated. The water solubility, breaking strength,buckling resistance and hygroscopicity of irradiated starch slurry film were tested. To explore the sizing properties of irradiated starch slurry,slurry film and yarn. The sizing experiments of pure cotton yarn and polyester-cotton yarn were carried out by irradiated starch to test the sizing hairiness, sizing wear resistance,yarn reinforcement rate,elongation reduction rate, sizing moisture regain rate, sizing desizing rate and other indicators. The results show that there is no wastewater discharge and no high-temperature drying in the production process of irradiated starch,which is an environmentally friendly and low-energy physical preparation method for modified starch. The irradiated starch has good film-forming properties,good slurry viscosity and thermal stability; It has good miscibility with PVA and polyester,which efectively broadens the application range of starch slurry;After the pure cotton yarn and polyester-cotton yarn were sizing with irradiated starch,the hairiness and feather sticking,yarn abrasion resistance and strength were significantly improved,which confirmed that the irradiated starch had excellent sizing performance.
