自发电银纳米线涂层棉针织物的制备及其电热性能

AbstractWith the rise of smart wearable textiles, electric heating fabrics have gradually become an important part. In order to improve the comfort of conductive fabric and realize the self-heating function,the conductive knitted fabric with self-heating conversion function was prepared by impregnating silver nanowires uniformly on the surface of double-rib cotton knitwear. The results show that the lowest resistance of the knitted fabric reaches 219mΩ ,which has excellent electrical con ductivity. The knitted fabric has an open circuit voltage of 4.2V and a short circuit current of 1.6nA at a frequency of 5Hz and an external force of 10N . The maximum temperature of the fabric is keptat 64.2∘C at 1.5V voltage. The electrothermal conversion of knitted fabric has excellent repeatability,and the maximum temperature can be maintained at about 60∘C in 20 repeated tests. The prepared conductive cotton knited fabric with low resistance and excellent electriothermal conversion performance has potential application value in medical protection, intelligent insulation,and energy storage.
