AbstractTo investigate the effects of phase separation processes on polymer pore formation,polyester fabric was coated with poly (vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene) (PVDF-HFP) and polyurethane (PU) via a combined evaporation-induced and water vapor-induced phase separation (E-VIPS) method. The effects of environmental humidity and humidification duration on the surface morphology and solar reflectance of the coating fabrics were systematically investigated. Results demonstrate that under 70% relative humidity with 3h humidification,the E-VIPS-derived porous radiative coating fabric exhibited an average solar reflectance of 86.7% over the wavelength range of 250~2500nm and an emissivity of 90.2% within the atmospheric transparency window ( 8~ 13μm ).Outdoor cooling tests demonstrate that the PRCF achieves a sustained cooling effect of 8.1°C (204号 below the substrate,exhibiting superior radiative cooling performance.
