Current situation and optimization path of emotional labor of academic journal editors

Abstract:Focusing on the workflow and characteristics of academic journal editing,this paper analyzes the manifestations of emotional labor inacademic journal editing from the aspects of quality control of editing and publishing works,improvement of editors' professional competence,and improvement of journal influence.By sorting out thepractical strategies of emotional labor in various work scenarios,this paper puts forward the optimizationpath for the positive eficiency of emotional labor ofacademic journal editors from the two levels of individual ability improvement and organizational support guarantee.It provides a reference for improving the quality and efficiency of journal publishing.
