Abstract:Inview of the problemofenterprise performance evaluation,onthebasis of sorting out the research on subjective and objective performance evaluation,the Mantel model was applied to test the results of subjective and objective performance evaluation of 26 managers of Liran Foundry Co.,Ltd.The results show that the types of evaluation indicators are significantly correlated,which denies the statement that subjective indicators are too subjective and invalid.With the increase of the hierarchical gap between the evaluator and the evaluatee,the correlation coefficient has a tendency to decrease.The results of the example analysis show that subjective evaluation and objective evaluation have their own advantages,and there is complementarity between the two.
