Impact of technological innovation on total factor productivity of integrated circuit enterprises

Abstract： Based on the data of A-share integrated circuit listed companies，this study develops measurement indicators of technological inovation at the enterprise level，and empirically tests the impact mechanism and action mechanism of technological innovation on the total factor productivity（TFP）of integrated circuit enterprises. The research shows that technological innovation significantly improves the TFPof integrated circuit enterprises.Mechanism analysis indicates that technological innovation can enhance TFP by strengthening labor contribution degree.The promoting efect of technological innovation on TFP is more obvious in the mature integrated circuit enterprise group.The research conclusions provide micro-level evidence for the evaluation of theproductivity effectof technological innovation，and have guiding significance for promoting technological innovation in integrated circuit enterprises and achieving high-quality economic development.
