Abstract:Inorder toreduce theunsafebehaviors ofconstructionworkers,the dynamic mechanismof the effect of accident experience on unsafe behaviors was explored.Based onthe ternary interaction framework of social cognitive theory,the system dynamics method was adopted to construct a system dynamics simulation model of the unsafe behaviors ofconstruction workers with accident experience as theantecedent variable.Theresearch shows that: accident experience,risk perception,safety atitude and safety competence have obvious inhibitory effectson the unsafe behaviors of constructionworkers,especially the level of risk perception has the highest degreeof inhibitory efect on the unsafebehaviors of construction workers; further analysis revelas,the comprehensive inhibitory efect of the above four factors is more significant than the inhibitory effect of controlling the four factors individually.The research resultsprovide a basis for formulating more efficient construction safety management strategies.
