Logical path and promotion path of digital technology empowering cultural system and mechanism reform

Abstract:To expediteadaptation to the rapidly evolving new situation of digital information technology and advance Chinese-style modernization at a new historical juncture,the Partyand the state have made strategic deployments to promote the construction of a socialist cultural power and deepen the reform of the cultural system and mechanism.Using the literature analysis method,this study examines the possibilityand inevitability of digital technology empowering cultural system and mechanism reform. Research findings reveal that during the advancement of cultural system and mechanism reform,there are constraints such as unclear accountability andresponsibilities of ideological entities,suboptimal qualityofthe cultural industry system,latent risksinthe online ecological space,and obstructed channels for internationalcultural dissemination.Recommendations are proposed，including breaking the digital cocoon toimprove the ideological work responsibility system; harnessing digital inteligence to optimize the supply mechanisms for cultural servicesand products; strengthening digital order to establish acomprehensive governance framework for cyberspace;and eliminating digital barriers to build a more effective international communication system.The research conclusions provide a reference for cultural system and mechanism reform empowered by digital technology.
