卵巢癌铂耐药及其治疗研究进展

［摘要］

卵巢癌是恶性程度最高的妇科恶性肿瘤之一。以铂为基础的化疗是卵巢癌治疗的重要组成部分，因此铂耐药也是卵巢癌治疗中棘手的问题。铂耐药是一个复杂的过程，涉及多种机制。本文就卵巢癌细胞铂耐药的分子机制及治疗进展作一综述，以期为该病的临床治疗提供借鉴。

tance is a complex process involving a variety of mechanisms. This article reviews the molecular mechanisms of platinum resistance in ovarian cancer cells and the advances in treatment， in order to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.
