Abstract Taking a grade A tertiary hospital as the research subject，this study systematically explored the practicalapplicationof the"National Medical Services and QualitySafetyReport" inmedicalquality management，with a focus on analyzing its guiding role inconstructing a quality management organizational system，optimizing thequalitycontrol indicator system，directing the development of specialized medical fields，promoting information technology construction，and fosteringa qualityand safety culture.Bycomparing keyindicatordata from the"National Medical Services and QualitySafety Report"，the hospital identified structural deficiencies in itsqualitymanagement andformulated evidence -based improvement strategies accordingly.These eforts facilitated therefinementand scientificadvancementof medical quality management，therebycontributing to therealization of high一qualitydevelopment goals forpublic hospitals.
