[Abstract] Objective:To investigate the effects of Naoan Capsules combined with Butylphthalide on neurological functionand cognitive functioninpatientswithcerebral infarction.Method:Atotalof12O patients with cerebral infarction who were admited to Central Hospital of Xinyu Ironand SteelGroupCo.,LTD.from March 2023 to March 2O24 were selectedand grouped by the random number table method,with 6O cases in the control group and 6O cases in the experimental group.The control group was given intravenous infusion of Butylphthalide, based on the control group,the experimental group was given Naoan Capsules.The therapeutic efect, neurological function,cognitive function,oxidative stress indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Result: The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.00% ,whichwas significantly higher than 83.33% (20 of thecontrol group,the differencewas statistically significant( P <0.05).After treatment, the scores of national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) decreased and mini-mental state examination (MMSE) increased in both groups,and the NIHSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the MMSE score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05).After treatment, superoxide dismutase (SOD)and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) increased and malondialdehyde (MDA) decreased in both groups,and SOD and GSH- ⋅Px in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,MDA waslower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05).No obviousadverse reactions occured in both groups.Conclusion: Naoan Capsules combined with Butylphthalide is effctive in the treatmentofcerebral infarction,whichcanalleviatetheoxidativestress injuryofpatients,improve neurologicaland cognitive function,and has high safety.

脑梗死为常见神经血管性疾病,常由脑部血液循环异常所致,不但可导致脑疝、脑水肿、感染等诸多并发症,还可导致语言障碍、失明、瘫痪等严重后遗症,增加其死亡风险[。(剩余5075字)
