AbstractObjective：Toretrieve，analyzeandsummarizerelevantevidenceonthepreventionofunplanedIadvertentPeriopeative Hypothermia（IinatintsudergoinglparoscopicsurgeryiodertoducetheiideneofplaedIHiparosoicre patientsandtoprovideareferenceforclinicalmedicalstaf.Methods：Basedontheevidencepyramidmodel，terelevantliraturewas retrievedfromdatabases.LiteraturequalitywasasesedusingtheevidencegradingsystemoftheAustralianBCenterforEvidenceBased HealthcareRatingSystemtodeterminethelevelofevidence.ThesearchperiodwasfromtheinceptionofdatabasestoJune30 2024.Results：Atotalofl3studieswereincluded，andl6bestevidenceitemswereetractedacross5dimensions，inclungik assessmentofunplannedIPHinpatientsundergoinglaparoscopicsurgerytemperaturemonitoring，ambienttemperaturepassive warming measures，andactive warming measures.Conclusions：This summaryof evidence on preventing unplanned IPHduring laparoscopicsurgerycanprovidesimpleprinciplesandpracticalrecommendationsforoperatingroomnurses，helpingtorducethe incidence of intraoperative hypothermia.
