【摘  要】随着环卫行业电动化发展迅速，行业中存在的一些痛点问题也日益显著，这将不利于后续的快速发展。在此背景下，文章从销售和故障统计数据角度入手分析目前新能源环卫车行业底盘的痛点，分别从产品设计、产品制造、产品售后3大方面进行解析，并举实际案例进行阐述，最后针对各个问题提出解决措施。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of electrification in the sanitation industry，some pain points and problems in the industry are becoming increasingly prominent，which will be unfavorable for subsequent rapid development. In this context，the article analyzes the pain points of the chassis in the current new energy sanitation vehicle industry from the perspective of sales and fault statistics data，and analyzes them from three major aspects： product design，product manufacturing，and product after-sales. Practical cases are also used to explain，and finally solutions are proposed for each problem.

2023年11月14日，工业和信息化部、交通运输部等8个部门已印发《关于启动第一批公共领域车辆全面电动化先行区试点的通知》，确定北京、深圳、成都、重庆、郑州、宁波、厦门、济南、石家庄、唐山、柳州、海口、长春、银川、鄂尔多斯等15个城市为此次试点城市。（剩余4711字）
