林敏主任分期论治溃疡性结肠炎经验

【摘 要】溃疡性结肠炎是消化系统常见的慢性病、疑难病，以腹泻、粘液脓血便、腹痛为主要临床表现。林敏结合自身临床经验，将溃疡性结肠炎分为急性期、缓解期、恢复期三期进行分期论治，立足湿热为标，脾虚为本，辨证论治，取得了较好的临床疗效，现将其临证经验总结如下。

Director Lin Min’s Experience in Treating Ulcerative Colitis by Stages

Abstract：

Ulcerative colitis （UC） is a common chronic and difficult disease of the digestive system. The main clinical manifestations are diarrhea， mucous， pus， blood stool and abdominal pain. Combined with her own clinical experience， Lin Min divided UC into three stages： acute stage， remission stage and recovery stage， based on damp-heat as the standard， spleen asthenia as the basis， dialectical treatment， and achieved good clinical efficacy. Now the clinical experience is summarized as follows.
