果树分子标记辅助育种研究进展

摘要:随着分子生物学的不断发展,分子标记在果树育种中发挥的作用也愈发重要。本文主要对不同果树育种的分子标记类型及分子标记在果树种质资源鉴定、抗性育种、无核育种、早熟育种、品质改良育种、分子遗传图谱构建与数量性状座位(QTL)基因定位等方面的应用进行了综述,为果树分子标记辅助育种提供参考。

Advances of molecular markers assisted selection applied in fruit tree breeding

Abstract:With the development of molecular biology, molecular markers have played more important roles in the breeding of fruit trees. In this paper, we mainly expounded the types of molecular markers in different fruit trees breeding, and summarized the application of molecular markers in the identification of germplasm resources, resistance breeding, seedless breeding, early maturity breeding, quality improvement breeding, molecular genetic map construction and quantitative trait locus (QTL) mapping in fruit trees. Our study can provide reference for molecular marker assistant breeding in fruit trees.

果树育种的常规手段主要有杂交育种、诱变育种、倍性育种等,但由于果树杂种比较多、品种来源复杂、多为多年生木本植物、生长周期长等因素,导致传统育种周期长、效率低、不确定因素多。(剩余19409字)
