Abstract:With the continuous improvement of the power level and power density of high-power DC charging modules,more severe challenges are posed to the heat disipation design of modules,among which forced air coolingheat dissipation iswidelyused in high-powerDCcharging modules.Firstofall,theoverallhydrodynamic modeling of themodule inletsectionand fullydevelopedsection iscarriedout to obtain aunified mathematical model.Onthis basis,theimpedancecharacteristiccurveof thesystem isobtainedand thenassciatedwiththe staticpressure dropof thefan to determinethe working pointof thesystemand mathematically modelthe thermal resistance of radiator.A simplified design method of the thermal model is proposed,based on which a 60kW highpowerDC charging modulewith forced air-cooling heat dissipation isconstructed,and thereasonablenessand feasibilityofthemodelingand simplified designareverifiedthrough finiteelement simulationand thermal experiment.
