基于峰谷分时电价时区的电动汽车有序充电策略研究

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the disorderlychargingfor electric vehiclescan lead toan increase in the peakvalleydiffrencerateof thetotalloadof thedistribution transformer,anorderlycharging strategy basedon timeofuse tarifperiodsisproposed.Amathematical model ofdisorderlycharging forelectricvehiclesis established.TheMonte Carlosimulationmethodisused toestimatethedisorderlycharging loadof theelectric vehiclecluster.Withthegoalof minimizing thepeakvalleydiferencerateofthetotalloadof thepowergrid,the genetic algorithm is used to solve theoptimalvalley tariff period.Thesimulation results show that compared with disorderlycharging,the proposed strategy effectivelyreduces thepeak valleydiffrencerateof the total loadof the power grid.When the number of electric vehicles is 1 OOO and the user response is O.9,the peak valleydiffrence rate of the total electricity load corresponding to orderly charging is reduced by 14.6% compared with disorderly charging,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
