高纬寒地黑河市水稻生产现状、存在问题及对策建议

摘  要：概述了高纬寒地黑河市水稻生产的历史与现状，总结分析了目前黑河市水稻生产中存在的具体问题及影响水稻生产发展的不利因素，提出了相应的发展对策及建议，旨在更好地推动黑河市水稻生产发展。

Current Situation， Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Rice Production in Heihe City in High Latitude Cold Region

Abstract： This paper summarized the history and current situation of rice production in Heihe City in high latitude cold region， summarized and analyzed the specific problems existing in rice production and the adverse factors affecting the development of rice production in Heihe City， and put forward corresponding development countermeasures and suggestions to better promote the development of rice production in Heihe City.

黑河市位于黑龙江省西北部（47°42′～51°03′N，124°45′～129°18′E），年平均气温低，≥10 ℃的活动积温在2 300 ℃以下，是典型的高纬寒地[1]。（剩余3382字）
