《区域性国家重点档案保护中心建设与管理办法》的主要内容及思考

摘要：2017年10月16日，国家档案局发布《区域性国家重点档案保护中心建设与管理办法》，对我国区域性国家档案保护中心的建设起到了重要的指导和推进作用。本文在介绍该办法内容的基础上，分析了其主要特点和意义，并提出了改进该办法的建议，以期助力该办法的实施和修改完善。

Abstract： On October 16， 2017， the National Archives Administration issued the Measures for the Construction and Management of Regional Na？ tional Key Archives Conservation Centers， which has played an important role in guiding and promot？ ing the construction of regional national Archives conservation centers in China. On the basis of in？ troducing the content of the regulations， this paper analyzes its main characteristics and significance， and puts forward some suggestions to improve it， in order to facilitate its implementation and modifi？ cation.

2017年10月16日，国家档案局为贯彻落实《“十三五”时期国家重点档案保护与开发工作总体规划》，有效实施国家重点档案保护工作，有序推进国家重点档案保护技术研究，充分发挥技术创新对档案事业发展的支撑作用，规范和加强区域性国家重点档案保护中心（以下简称“保护中心”）的建设和运行管理，根据《国家重点档案专项资金管理办法》和《国家重点档案保护与开发项目管理细则（试行）》，印发了《区域性国家重点档案保护中心建设与管理办法》（档发〔2017〕10号）（以下简称《办法》），并于当年10月16日起实施。（剩余9843字）
