电生理适宜技术治疗肾绞痛的临床研究

Abstract:Objective:Toverifythevalidityandreliabilityofelectrophysiologicalappropriatetechnologyonrenalcolic. Methods:Atotalof150patientswithrenalcolic who were hospitalized fromJanuary2O21 toOctober2023 wereincluded as the studysubjects.According todiferent treatment methods,patients were divided into electrophysiological group, medication group,and combination group,with 5O cases ineach group,and the treatment efects of each group were compared.Results:In terms of therapeutic eficacy,the electrophysiological group,drug group,and combinationgroup all showed good therapeutic efficacy,with no statistically significant diferences ( P>0.05 ).In the analgesic onset time, thecombinationgrouphadthequickestonsettime,whiletheelectrophysiological grouphadthelongestonsettime,with statistical significance(P=0.O04).Thirtyminutesafter treatment,the VASscoresof thecombination groupandthedrug group were lower than those of the electrophysiological group ( P<0. 001 ).However,120 minutes after treatment,there was nostatisticallysignificantdiference in VASscoresamongthethree groups(P=O.O56).Intermsofadversereactions,the electrophysiological group had significantlyfewer adversereactions thanthe othertwo groups,with thehighestrate in drug group,with statistical significance( P<0.001 ).Conclusion:Electrophysiological appropriate technology have good therapeutic effects onacuterenal colicwith minimal sideeffects.Combining medication for painrelief in patients with high pain levelscan achieve rapid analgesic effects. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
