ABSTRACTObjectiveTo exploretheapplication value ultrasound-guidedartificial ascites injection in assisting theestablishmentactiveliverhemorhagemodelsinrabbits.MethodsAtotal2Oadultmalerabbitsweredividedntothe artificial ascites-asisted group(GroupA)andthedirectpuncture group(GroupB),with10rabbits ineach group.In GroupA, artificialasciteswasinjectedunderultrasound-guided,andtheactiveliverhemorrhagemodelsinabbitswereconstructedby percutaneous punctureand cuting the liver.In Group B,the active liver hemorrhage models inrabbits were established by directpercutaneous punctureandcutting theliverunderultrasound-guided.High-frame-ratecontrast-enhanced ultrasound wasused toobserveandcomparethediferences inthenumberactive bleedingpoints,thebleedingvisualizationtime,and theshape bleeding trajectoriesbetween thetwo groups.ResultsGroupAexhibited 63active bleeding pointsandbleeding visualizationtime51.0O(40.00,80.0O)s,whileGroupBexhibited28activebleeding pointsandbleeding visualizationtime 38.00(31.25,46.75)s,with statistically significant diferences(both P<0.05 ).Additionally,there were significant differences in the proportions bundle-shaped,fountain-shaped,anddot-shaped bleeding lesionsbetween the twogroups(all P<0.05 ) ConclusionEstablishment liverhemorhage models inrabbitsasstedbyultrasound-guidedartificial ascites injectioncan improve the visualization eficiencyactive bleeding,providinganew methodfortheestablishment animal models liver hemorrhage.
