Abstract:Graphene oxide (GO) was dispersed in a waterborne polyurethane (WPU) matrix by a homogenizer,and a GO/WPU photosensitive film was prepared on a mirror stainless steel plate adopting the blade coating process. Subsequently,ultraviolet (UV) absorbers were dispersed in varnish to form an anti-UV varnish coating on the surface of the GO/WPU photosensitive film,in order to systematically investigate the effects of coating thickness and the types of UV absorbers on the film photosensitive properties. The results show that GO could be uniformly dispersed in the WPU matrix. Compared with the GO/WPU photosensitive film,when UV-531 was used as the UV absorber and the coating thickness was controlled at 0.2mm ,the photosensitive rate of the film was improved significantly,and the photosensitive change time was delayed obviously. The anti-UV coating significantly enhanced the hydrophobicityof the film with its water contact angle
