Abstract：From the perspective of blood syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine，complications such as fever， anemia，and gastrointestinal dysfunction follwing endovascular repair of abdominal aorticaneurysms with stent grafts areoftencausedbybloodstasis intheabdominalcavity.Thepathogenesiscanbeatributed tobloodstasisaccumulation inthelowerenergizerandtheinterminglingofbloodstasisandheat.Basedonthetheoryof "removing bloodstasis as the key method for blood disorders，"the treatmentof postoperativecomplications should primarily focus on dispeling stasis，supplementedbyclearing heat.Sincepostoperativeconditionsalso involveanemiaandqideficiency，the keyto "removig bloodstasis"lies in "simultaneously tonifying and purging，ensuring that the blood stasis is removed without harmingthehealthyqi."TaoheChengqi Decoction，withitsefect of purgingstasisandclearing heat，issuitable forthe

syndrome of blood stasis accumulated in the lower energizer.
