Clinical Study on Acute Cerebral Infarction with Ginkgo Biloba Extract Combined with Aspirin

Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect Ginkgo Biloba Extract combined with Aspirin in the treatment acute cerebral infarction（ACI）.Methods：A total 96 patients with ACI admited to Hospital from March 2O21 to March 2O24 were selected romly divided intoa control group an observation group by rom number table method，each with 48 cases.Both groups received routine symptomatic treatment.The control group was treated with Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets onthebasis routine symptomatic treatment，while the observation group was additionally treated with intravenous infusion Ginkgo Biloba Extract Injectionon the basis the controlgroup.The treatment duration forboth groups was14 days.The clinical eficacythe two groups was evaluated， the scores the National Institutes Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS） the modified Rankin Scale（mRS）before after treatment werecompared.Levels serumlactate dehydrogenase （LDH），high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP），serum amyloid A（SAA）， D-dimer（D-D）were also compared.The occurrence adverse reactions was observed.Results：The total efectiverate inthe observation group was91.67%（44/48），which was higher than that in the control group 75.00% （36/48） （ P<0.05 ）.After treatment，the NIHSS mRS scores in both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment （ ΔP<0.05 ）， the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （ P<0.05 ）.After treatment，the levels serum LDH，hs-CRP，D-D， SAA in both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment （ P<0.05 ）， the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （ P<0.05 ）. No significant adverse reactions were observed in either group. Conclusion：Thecombination Ginkgo Biloba Extract Aspirin can efectively enhance cerebral protection in patients with ACI，reduce the levels hs-CRP D-D，promote the recovery neurological function，with good safety.
