【Abstract】ObectiveToanalzetheefcacyofMIanditsclinicalparameters inpredictingtherecuenceofuterinefbroidsafter high-intensityeddUydidlsiointospil wasconductedonteliicaldataof64patitsituterinefoidsoundewentMexamiatioandHFUtreatmetatteTidPeople's HospitalofHuzoubtwnJaarydarch4Basdoheueeasatlstfollwutheptientsedvidedto arecurencegroup(5ases)andnon-recurcegoup(9cases).ThelicaldataMIprametersndothrcliicalparaeterswere comparedbetweentetwogroups.depenentiskfactorsectingpostoperativerecuenceofuterinefboidsafterHFUweeaalyed. BasednelsltsctelucedeetiacesticOoe thepredictiveefacyofteodelforpostopeativeeurfuteineodsResultseueegropsodsigatlyier proportionofkdlydidgiseolallatsaedoalalld enhancementtcsssellswbaedblaiateghersticiufamatode(SI)esoer total treatment time, and higher treatment dose (all P<0.05 ).Multivariate logistic analysis revealed that increased distance to the abdominal wall cortex,thickedctdeatedredepdtsctosfocueitsis whileahigherablationrate served asa protective factor (all P<0.05 ).TheROC curve analysisresults showed that the areaunder thecurve (AUC)ofthepredictiveodelforpredictig teecueceofuteiefrodsaferHUsugeryas0886witasesitivityof9ada specificity of 0.862 (P<0.05 ).ConclusionMRIparameters suchas the distance from the abdominal wall,cortical thickness,rimenhancement thickness, as well as sII andthe ablationrate,areallindependent riskfactors foruterine fibroidrecurrence afterHIFU therapy.Theprediction modelstablishdasdonandliicalparametersdemostrateshghaccuracypredictigpostoeratierecureeofuteneoids 【Keywords】UterineFibroids;HghintesityFocusedUtrasond;MagneticResoanceImaging;ClinicalParameters;Reurce
