共同富裕视域下四川宅基地高效利用与产业联动发展研究

Abstract：Thecordinatedadvancementofruralrevitalizationandcommonprosperitystrategieshasgiventhereformof the homesteadsystemanimportantmissiontoreconstructtheorderofurbanandruralfactoralocation.Asamajoragricultural province，Sichuanfacesmultiplechalengesinthecordinateddevelopmentofhomesteadsystemsandindustries：theambiguityof propertyrightsrestrictstheflowoffactors，theobstructionofthetwo-wayflowofurbanandruralfactors，andthestructural contradictionbetweenlandresourceallcationandindustrialupgradinghasbecomeincreasinglyprominent.Theseproblemsnot onlylimitthedepthofindustrialintegrationbutalsodistortthalocationoffactorresourcesandbecomeabotleneckrstricting ruraleconomicdevelopment.Infact，thereisamutualefectbetweetheinnovationofthehomesteadsystemandindustrial development.Bydeepening thereformofthehomesteadpropertyrightssystem，buildingatwo-wayflowmechanismforurban andruralfactors，optimizingthealocationoflandresourcesandbuildingabenefitsharingmechanism，wecaneffectively broadentechanelsforfarmerstoincreaseincomeandenhancetheoverallvialityoftheruraleconomyandprovideinovative solutions to achieve common prosperity.
