Introduction

In recent years， mobile devices，including smartphones，laptops，smartwatches，and other high-tech devices，have proliferated rapidly. This has led to the emergence of a new crowd-sensing paradigm known as mobile crowd-sensing（MCS）， which involves many participants and a cloud server to produce the true value called truth.
