Abstract： This paper describes the meaning and combination structure of the instructional safeguard elements of audio-video， information and communication technology equipment， analyzes the hazards caused by energy sources such as electric energy， thermal energy， chemical reaction， kinetic energy and radiated energy， and the corresponding instructional safeguard requirements.
