Logical Shift and Innovative Paths of Digital Transformation Promoting Urban and Rural Integration of School Physical Education from the Perspective of Building an Education Power

Abstract：Inthe context of deepening the strategyof buildingan education power and the digital age，urban and rural integration ofschool physical educationisentering acriticalperiodofhigh-quality leap，anddigital technology empowerment has become animportant breakthrough forthe development ofurbanand rural integration ofschool physical education.Therefore，this study takes the strategyof building an education power aspolicyorientation and value guidance， anduses the methodsofliteraturereviewand logicalanalysis to systematically analyze the dificulties and logicalshifts in promoting urbanandrural integration of school physical education through digital transformation，and propose innovative paths.It suggeststhatpromotingurbanandruralintegrationof school physical educationthrough digital transformation faces deep structural contradictions，presenting three dilemmas：suspendedand short-acting institutional guarantes， fragmentedand low-qualitydatagovernance，and formalizedand fragmented technologicalapplications.Accordingly，the study constructsa shift in institutional logic from administrative supply to demand response，a shift in data logic from barriers to flexible empowerment，andashiftin technologicallogic from equipment stacking topreciseadaptation.And it proposes innovative paths forconsensusbuilding and pilot breakthrough inthe initiation stage，system construction and comprehensive promotion in the tackling stage，and ecological symbiosisand eficiency improvement inthe deepening stage，so as toachieve deep integration of digital technologyandurban andrural integration of school physical education.
