【Abstract】With the extensive application and rapid development of new energy technology in China's automotive industry,highervocationalinstitutions havesuccessivelyestablishedrelatedprograms inthisfield.Bysummarizing the industrial technologicaladvantages and sorting outtheobjective impact of newquality productive forces on industrial development,this paper explores practical pathways for innovative talent cultivation in new energy vehicle technology programs at higher vocational colleges.
