【Abstract】The article focuses on the failure mechanismand maintenance technology of key components of OnBoard Chargers.Itelaborates onthe working principleandkeycomponentsofOn-BoardChargers,analyzes the failure mechanismsofkeycomponentssuchastransformers,power tubes,controllers,andfitercapacitors,and providesdetailed introductionstothecorresponding maintenance technologies.Theaimis toprovidetechnicalsupportforthefaultdiagosis and maintenance of On-Board Chargers,thereby improving their reliability and service life.
