Circuit Fault Diagnosis and Safe Maintenance Strategies for High-voltage Systems of New Energy Vehicles

【Abstract】Faults in the high-voltage system of new energy vehicles are prone to causing safety accdents. Existing maintenance technologies mostly relyon experience and lack systematic solutions.This paper innovatively proposes a dynamicinsulationmonitoringmethodintegrating "ACsignalinjection+non-contactelectricfielddetection",adiagnostic system combining multimodal time-frequencyanalysis and 3-layer CNN,and establishes a standardized maintenance processReal-vehiclecasesachieved zero electric shock during maintenance,providing asolutionfor high-voltage system diagnosis and also offering a reference for the standardization of industry interfaces.
