【Abstract】The modern automotive industry is at a critical node in the transition from mechanical drive to softwaredefined vehicle (SDV),and the number and types of in-vehicle electrical devices are growing exponentially,making automotive wiring harnessystems oneofthemostcostly,heavy,andcomplexcomponents oftheentire vehiclewiththe mostcomplex wiring.Asthe hubof thevehicle electrical system,the wiring harnessisresponsibleforthetransmission of low-voltageand high-voltage powersupply,aswellasthedata flowof high-speedcommunication networks.However, the wiring harnesses are usually instaled inside the vehicle body's shet metal or beneath the chassis.Their working environmentisexremelyharsh,constantlysbjectedtomechanical wear,chemicalcorosion,thermalging,andssive curentoverload.Therefore,thisstudywilldeeplyexploretheautomotiveelectricalsystem wiring harnessfaultdetection and protection measures,and explore the wiring harness systemsafety guaranteesystemadapted to the highreliabilityof intelligent networked vehicles.

随着汽车“新四化”(电动化、网联化、智能化、共享化)进程的加快,汽车电子电气架构正发生颠覆性的变革,线束作为传输电能和信号的神经血管,其拓扑结构越来越复杂,承载负荷也越来越大。(剩余3626字)
