Common Faults and Diagnosis Analysis of Intelligent Connected Vehicles for Logistics*

【Abstract】With therapid development of technologies such as artificial intellgence,the Internet of Things,and 5G,intellgentconnectedvehiclesaregaduallbecominganimportantdevelopmentdirectioninthelogisticstransportation industry.Endless-vehiclelogistics vehicles,asanimportantcarrerofsmarturban distribution under the backgroundof "new infrastructure",have been commerciallydeployed in scenarios such asclosed parks,campuses,and communities. Alibaba's "Xiaomanlu"isatypicalunmannedlow-speedlogisticsdeliveryvehicle,anditsstableoperationiscrucialforhe deliveryefficiency.Thisarticletakes"Xiaomanlu"asanexample tointroducethesystemstructureofintellgentlogistics vehicles,including thecore componentsand keyparts such as the line-controlled chassis,autonomous driving system, and containers,aswellas the working principlesof these components;categorizesand sorts outcommon fault types and causes oflasersensors,isualsnsors,drivesystems,containers,etc.andelaboratesonthebasicprocessofaultdiagosis, combiningspecificcases toillstrate the practicalmethods forfault troubleshooting;finally,summarizesthekeypointsof faultdiagnosisforintellgentlogisticsvehicles,providing technicalreferencesforrelevantmaintenancepersonneltoensure the reliable operation of intelligent logistics vehicles.
