Electrical Fault Repair of Charging Interfaces in New Energy Vehicles

【Abstract】This study systematically reviews the types,causes,and maintenance techniques of electrical faults incharging interfaces fornew energyvehicles.Through empirical analysis,itidentifies three majorfault modes:physical damage,electrical faults,and communication protocol anomalies,and proposes a standardized diagnostic process integrating visual inspection,voltage/resistance measurement,anddiagnostictolanalysis.Case studiesdemonstratehat scientific maintenance strategies significantly enhance repair eficiencyandreduce costs.Theresearchalsoexplores future technological trends such asliquid-cooled ultra-fastchargingand wireless charging,emphasizingthatstandardizationand intelligencearecriticaldirections forindustrydevelopment.Thisstudyprovides technicalreferences forthe maintenanceof charging interfaces in new energy vehicles,contributing to ensuring vehicle safety and promoting technological progress in the industry.
