【Abstract】As theautomotive industryaccelerates to thedirectionof electrification,lightweight,and personalized customization,the lifecycleofthewhole vehicle product is geting shorterand shorter,andthe marketrequires more and more responsivenessto the mixed-flow production of multi-models.Automotive cover parts are important components that determine theappearance qualityandaerodynamic performance of thebody,and there has been astructural contradiction betweenhigh-precision molding stabilityand productionflexibilityin the stamping production link.Therefore,this paper studies thesystem-levelplanning and design logicof thestamping automated production line,as well asthe flexible transformation strategyof theexisting production line,inorder to providenew ideas forthe digitalizationofautomobile manufacturing equipment and the upgrading of the intelligent echelon of automobile manufacturing equipment.
