【Abstract】With the development of automotive electrification and inteligence,connectors,as an important basic componentoftheentirevehicle'selectricalsystem,arefacing higherrequirements intermsofreliabilityperformance,and environmentaladaptability.Tisarticle,incombinationwithrelevanttandardsfrombothdomesticandintermationalsources, has established a comprehensive test and verification system covering electrical performance,mechanical performance, environmentaladaptabilityandhigh-speedsignal integrity.Theresearchresultsshowthatthrough systematictestingand verification,thereliabilityofconnectorsincomplexvehicleenvironmentscanbeeffctivelyimproved,providingtechical supportforthelightweighting,integration,andhigh-qualitydevelopmentofinteligentelectricvehicleconnectionsytems.
