【Abstract】 This paper explores the changes in the thermal characteristics of the wiring harnessand the aging mechanismoftheinsulatinglayerunderoverloadconditions,nd findsthe intrinsicconnectionbetween heat accumulation and degradation of insulating materials through temperature riseexperiments and microscopic characterization,soas to provideatheoreticalbasisand experimental reference forthedesignofoverload-resistantautomotivewiringharnesses, thermal management, and life evaluation.
