OptimizationDesign and Quality Control Research of Automobile Body Structure Welding Process

【Abstract】In response to the problems of poor stabilityand low production efficiency in the welding process of curent automotive body structures,this article conducts research on the optimization design of welding processes and the establishment of aqualitycontrol system.Inthis paper,the finite elementanalysis is used to optimize the welding parameters.Rationalize the design of welding pathsand sequences,and study the proces adaptabilityof multi-material connection interfaces.On thequalitycontrol side,anonline weldingqualitymonitoring system integrating real-time monitoring,datacolectionandanalysis,andquality warning isdeveloped,andaqualitytraceabilitysystemcenteredonhe welding process database is constructed.
