Research onImproving the Atomization Characteristics of Automotive Fuel Injection Systems

【Abstract】As the automotive industry transitions toward energy conservation,emission reduction,and higheficiency,clean operation,the atomizationcharacteristics offuel injection systems directly impact engine combustion effciency,emission performance,and power output.This paper addresses existing issues in current automotive fuel injection atomization processes,such as particle size unevennes,unreasonable spraycone angles,and mismatched penetrationdistances.Itanalyzes thecore mechanismsoffuelatomizationfromatheoretical perspectiveand,considering thestructuralcharacteristicsof existing injectionsystems,proposesamultidimensional improvementplanbasedoninjector structuraloptimization,injectionparametercontrol,andauxiliaryatomizationtechnologies.Thisaims toprovidetoetical supportand technical references for enhancingthe performance of automotive fuel injectionsystems and promoting the development of high-efficiency,clean engines.
