【Abstract】After modellingthe leaf springs using UG,a static strength analysis ofthe model was conducted based on ANSYS Workbenchresulting in the maximum stresunderthisconfiguration,thedistributionofstressanddeformation, andthe modalfrequencies.Asthe displacementappliedatthe middle position gradually increases,the equivalent stress andtotaldeformationunderthisconfigurationincreaseprogressively,withtheleafspringexhibitingmaximumdeformation and stress inthe middle,which then decreases towards the sides,increases again,and then decreases; the maximum deformation does not exceed the applied displacement.
