【Abstract】To address the issueoflumbarback muscle fatigue caused bylong-termdriving andto fillthe gap in the multi-modalempiricalresearchontheinterventionefectofcarmassageseats，thisstudyintegratesInfraredThermography （IRT），Surface Electromyography （sEMG） technologyand subjective evaluation scales to construct a physiologicalpsychologicaldual-dimensional comprehensive evaluationsystem.Through arandomizedcontrollddouble-blindtrial，the interventioneficacywas systematicall verified.Theresults showed that massage intervention could significantly increase the skin temperature of the lumbar back （ P <0.05）， improve local microcirculation， efectively reduce the subjective fatigue of the subjects （ P <0.05），and significantly optimize the muscle electrophysiological state （Approximate Entropy index， （20 P <0.05）. This study clearly confirmed the effectiveness of car massage seats in alleviating lumbar back muscle fatigue， providing a feasible new paradigm for the scientific evaluation of the functions of automotive health cabins.
