【Abstract】In the software development of commercial vehicle embedded control systems,calculation errors are a typical issue leading to functional abnormalities.Theirrootcauses are often associated withthe mismatch between timing designand hardware environment,as well as defects indataupdate logic.Taking thedriving range calculation in the commercial vehiclefluidlevellow-alarm systemasanexample,this paper theoreticallyanalyzes the generationmechanism of calculation errors and proposes anoptimized scheme for theefective timerange.Verified bysimulation and actual vehicletests,thisschemecan eliminatecalculationerorsandrestore thenormaloperationof thealarmlogic.Itprovides a theoretical reference and practical paradigm from problem analysis to scheme implementation for avoiding calculation errors inthe software developmentof similar embedded control systems,and helps improve the functionalreliabilityand calculation accuracy of embedded systems.
