The Classification and Application of Anti-rotation Design for Hole-type Terminals in Automotive Wiring Harnesses

【Abstract】Various types of terminals are required in circuits. Usually,screws are used to connect the terminals with copper strips.However,duringtheself-rotationand tightening processofthescrews,duetothe friction betweenthe screw capand theterminal,theterminalwillrotate together.Thisnotonlyafects thefixationof theterminalbutalsomakes the operationinconvenient.Toensure theconnectionreliabilityofthewiring hole-type terminals,prevent deviationunder the actionof torque,andavoidmisalignmentanddamage inenvironmentssuch as vibration,itis necessrytoaddantirotation functionsand structures.This paper conductsastudyontheanti-loosening designofthe threaded terminals in automotive wiring haresses, elaborating on their classificationand application,providinga referenceforrelated design andresearch.
