A Brief Discussion on the Design Specification for Automotive Low Voltage Wiring Harness

【Abstract】The development of automotive intelligence in China has led toa continuous increase in the volume of low-voltage wiring harnesses.The contradiction between users'demand for interior space and the layout ofthe wiring harnesses has become increasingly prominent.In the automotive functionalsafety system,the reliabilityof the wiring harnesses occupiesakey position.This paper systematically explores thedesign specifications of automotive low-voltage wiring harneses,conductinganalysis from multiple dimensions such ascomponent selection,thre-dimensional layout, andadaptation to special scenarios,andproposing targetedoptimization strategies.Theaimis tocomprehensively enhance the reliabilityof the wiring harnesses,reduce thefailurerate,whilealsoconsidering assemblyfeasibilityandcostcontrol, providing practical references for the design of automotive low-voltage wiring harnesses.

1低压线束的基本介绍
1.1汽车低压线束的定义
汽车低压线束是工作电压低于60V的电气集成组件,核心传导单元由导线、连接器、端子构成,辅以防水栓、雨塞等密封件实现IP防护等级,通过外防护层(波纹管、PVC胶带)和定位件(支架、扎带)保障机械稳定性,最终由熔断丝盒完成电路过载保护。(剩余6812字)
