Analysis on the Current Status of New Energy Vehicle Maintenance Technology

【Abstract】Driven by the global energy transition and the ongoing "dual carbon" strategy,the rapid growth of new energy vehicle adoption has posed newchallnges to maintenance systems.This paper focuses on key aspects including high-voltagesafety,powerbatteries,electricdriveandcontrol systems,specialized tools,anddigitalservice platforms. It analyzes current issues such as a shortage of skilled technicians,laggng technical standards,inadequate equipment compatiblity,and significant safety risks.Optimizationpathwaysareproposed from three perspectives:technological advancement,talent development,and institutionalbuilding,aiming toprovide theoretical supportfor establishingasafe, effcient,and standardized NEV maintenance system and promoting high-quality industry development.
